RESUMEN DEL CASO:

We aimed to generate a culture and a business model focussed on excellence when it came to client relations, through an integral process of organizational transformation. We defined a business model founded in client satisfaction as diferencial added value, an aligned organization in their vocation towards service and the redefinition of critical areas in client relations, with the objective of enhancing customer loyalty.
