This deals with aiding, listening and supporting from a global perspective, therefore a much wider perspective as it has the awareness of not only a singular unit of work, but with an entire system.
A set of elements which have to have a functioning order for the system to work towards the shared and desired objective (people, aims, rules, clients, context…)
Through this tool we are able to:
1. Offer a wider and more inclusive perspective on challenges and solution
proposals.
2. To reveal some roles or matters which otherwise are difficult to pinpoint.
