About This Project

We aimed to make ‘gas car’ a tangible business model through E2E processes, as well as the growth of the company, through the creation of a thrilling new vision and an ambitious road map which integrated key stakeholders.

“The Box helped us crystallize disperse ideas in organization with external aids and a methodology to transform ideas to action in a very concrete and practical way. It has been a fun and intense project, thanks to Marta and Jose Maria’s personalities, we enjoyed it a lot. A grand part of the conclusions have become successful actions for Madrilen a Red de Gas.”
